We post DVDs and physical perks within the United Kingdom. Digital items and credits don’t need delivery.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only, including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. If you live elsewhere, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
DVDs
We post DVDs by Royal Mail once your payment has cleared. The delivery charge and options are shown at checkout before you pay. You’ll get an email when your order is on its way.
Pre-orders are posted when the DVD is released. The product page shows the expected release date.
Perks for backing a film
- Credits and backer updates: no delivery needed. We’ll email you to confirm how your name should appear.
- Digital downloads: we email you a link when the film is released.
- Signed posters, DVDs and other physical rewards: posted free within the UK when the film is released. We’ll ask you to confirm your address before we post.
- Set visits and calls with the producers: we’ll email you the date and details well in advance.
Lost or late parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of us posting it, contact us and we’ll send a replacement or refund you. Items are our responsibility until they reach you.
